At this time Custom Carts can only ship parts & accessories shown on our online store - anything not listed/shown may be available to order as pick up only from one of our 2 locations in Ontario.
ONLINE ORDERS: Please ensure all the parts you are ordering are correct prior to finalizing your online order.
Please note that shipping times may vary on location - in-stock items are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. An email will be sent to the email address provided with the tracking information once the package has left our Trenton Ontario warehouse.

Applies only within Canada, however does not include Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Shipping applies to standard shipping method only.
Customcarts.ca uses third party UPS for all shipping needs. Should any damage incur on the parcel in transit - the customer must file a damage claim with UPS (www.ups.com) and also give us a call.
ADDITIONAL HANDLING / OVERSIZE ITEMS: Due to the additional handling required to process and ship oversize and/or overweight packages (i.e. SEAT KITS), orders containing items that must ship in oversize and/or overweight packaging are subject to an additional handling charge that is calculated at checkout.
We do not ship/deliver golf carts. In past we have had customers in other provinces purchase golf carts - pick up/delivery is full customer responsibility.
