Service Department


Our service department is located at the Trenton head office. We offer full service of both gas and electric golf carts, most makes, models years. We are very reasonably priced and will provide you with an estimate of repair before any work is actually done.

  • Service is done on a first come first serve basis.
  • Please call ahead of arrival to ensure service availability 
  • We cannot diagnose over the phone.
It is up to the customer to bring the cart into the Trenton Custom Carts location for inspection/repair. If you require us to pick up your cart for service from a Custom Carts location there will be a transportation fee. 
No pick ups/delivery available outside of our 4 locations.

        During peak season and depending on what is needed to repair your cart, wait times can sometimes exceed 14-16 business days. Bringing your cart to us early spring or late fall beats the rush so you can use your cart sooner.

        Select used carts sold by Custom Carts include warranty coverage.

        Depending on the age and make/model of the cart we offer 90 day and the season warranty. Please speak to our sales team about warranty on the cart you are purchasing.


        Warranty Coverage may include:
        Warranty begins the day the cart is received by the customer.
        Labour, frame and body trim, brakes, wheel hub and bearings, spindle and swing arm assemblies, steering shaft, bushings, fittings, leaf springs, shocks, main and sub electrical wiring harness’, pedal assembly, lighting system. Warranty covers failed/ defective components. 

        Warranty Exclusions:
        Batteries, charger, motor, controller and charging block. After market accessories have manufacture warranties and will be left to the discretion of the manufacturers.
